MUTUAL MINISTRY

The function of the Mutual Ministry Committee is:

To keep the pastors and staff advised of the conditions within the congregation.

Do an annual review and evaluation of the entire staff.

Serve as a person and confidential support group to the pastors and lay professionals.

Serve as an open communication channel between the congregation and pastors.
