The Property Committee is responsible for the planning, administration, care, maintenance, repair, inventory, replacement, protection, and use of all church property for the congregation. The Property Committee is made up of four subcommittees which are:
Building and structure
Grounds, landscaping & parking
Equipment and supplies
Building use, protection and documents
This committee is also responsible to help develop the annual budget and carry out the current budget guidelines for expenditures.
